Mayor Oscar "Oca" Malapitan donated iPad, Airport Express, and Apple TVs to Caloocan National Science and Technology High School. It will greatly improve the quality of education by providing avenues for the future leaders and citizens of Caloocan to be fully equipped with 21st century skills and be globally competent.
